Join us on Sunday 27th October from 4pm to 6pm at Queens Park for our Dark Fantasy Halloween Photo Swap!
Whether you’re a photographer eager to experiment with imaginative techniques or a model looking to bring your most haunting visions to life, this event is for you.
What makes Photo Swap special is the collaborative energy—photographers share editing tips and techniques, while models help each other with posing, creating a uniquely creative and supportive environment.
This is a TFP (Time for Photos) event, where photographers and models collaborate by exchanging time and skills rather than payments. Photographers provide edited photos to the models in return for their participation, allowing both parties to expand their portfolios, expand their skills and experiment with different creative styles.
If you’d like to join us please send us a message below to introduce yourself and let us know whether you’ll be taking photos, modeling, or doing both!

We’re embracing a Dark Fantasy Halloween theme, where dark fairies play in the shadows, powerful witches cast spells, and enchanted beings from the darkest corners of folklore come to life. The event will be held amongst the tall, winding trees of the park, providing the perfect eerie backdrop for your creations. Creative editing is highly encouraged—from added smoke effects, wings, and magical enhancements in post-production, this is your chance to push your artistic boundaries and create something truly otherworldly.
At this TFP (Time for Photos) event, both photographers and models agree to collaborate in the spirit of a fair exchange. Photographers will provide each model with at least one edited photo at no cost, reflecting the collaborative nature of the shoot. If additional photos or more personalised editing are desired, participants are encouraged to openly discuss and negotiate any fees or arrangements. Both parties are free to use the images for their portfolios and promotional purposes, with clear communication and mutual respect regarding the usage of the images. Copyright remains with the photographer, and when sharing the images online, please ensure that both the photographer and the model are credited and tagged appropriately.
Feel free to bring your business cards to distribute. Be sure to exchange contact details with others so you can easily share the photos after the event.
