For Models: I grant photographers at the event permission to photograph me. I understand that these images may be used for their portfolio, social media, promotional materials, and other lawful purposes.

For Photographers: I confirm that I have permission to photograph participating models and agree to share selected images with them for their portfolio, social media, promotional materials, and other lawful purposes.

If a model is represented by an agency, the photographer and event organisers agree to allow both the model and their agency to use the received images online. All individuals involved in the photoshoot will always be credited and tagged when images are displayed on social media.

- Models, photographers, and all creative collaborators (makeup artists, hairstylists, fashion designers, etc.) retain rights to their own likeness and work.

- Photographers agree to provide a minimum of one (1) edited images per model in a reasonable timeframe.

- All contributors must be credited when sharing images

- Models, photographers, and all creative collaborators may use images for their portfolios, websites, and promotional materials

- Images must not be altered beyond standard cropping/resizing without the photographer’s permission.

- Images from this event are intended for professional portfolios, social media, and self-promotional purposes.

- If a participant wishes to use an image for commercial purposes other than self-promotion, they must first obtain explicit written consent from all involved parties, including the photographer, model(s), and any other creative collaborators.

Examples include, but are not limited to: selling prints, merchandise, books for sale, stock photo sales, and promotional content for third-party businesses. This ensures that all contributors are acknowledged and agree to the image’s commercial use.

I release Imagin8 Studio, event organisers, and participants from any liability regarding:
- Personal injury or property damage during the event.
- Unauthorised third-party use of photos taken at the event.
